About 1-Point Perspective

A printable scaffold of receding lines converging on a single vanishing point set on a horizon line. Use it when you need to sketch a corridor, a tunnelled façade, a long room or any subject that recedes head-on from the viewer. Constructed using the perspective rules codified in BS 1192 and the classical text "Perspective for Architects" (Schaarwächter).

A short history

One-point perspective was systematised by Filippo Brunelleschi around 1415 - his lost demonstration panel of the Florence Baptistery is widely regarded as the first measurable perspective construction in Western art.
