GridCraft is maintained by a small editorial team. The fastest way to reach us is by email. We read everything; we try to reply within two working days.

By email

For corrections to a standards reference, a typo, or an inaccurate measurement: editorial [at] gridcraft.example. Please include the URL of the page and a short description of the issue. If you can quote the standards clause we got wrong, even better; that makes the fix faster.

For template requests (a paper size we do not yet stock, a projection family we have missed, a profession that would benefit from a dedicated hub): requests [at] gridcraft.example. We will not promise to add every request, but we read every one and the catalogue grows from this list.

For licensing questions (you want to ship our templates inside a commercial print product, or you want a bulk archive of every SVG): see the terms page first; if the CC0 license does not answer your question, write to licensing [at] gridcraft.example.

For takedown requests or copyright concerns: legal [at] gridcraft.example. We respect copyright; if a historical note or a cited image is in dispute, tell us which page and we will review it.

What we cannot help with

We cannot diagnose your specific printer. The printing guide covers the calibration steps that work on the major desktop drivers. If a sheet prints at the wrong scale after you have followed those steps, the cause is almost always in the print dialog, not in the SVG.

We cannot supply the underlying ISO or ANSI standards documents. Those are owned by the respective standards bodies and must be purchased from them.

Response times

The inbox is monitored on working days in UK and central-European hours. Corrections that involve a clear factual error tend to be the fastest; long-form licensing questions sometimes take a week.
